【摘要】 以液阻型橡膠隔振器的橡膠主簧為研究對象,利用有限元分析軟件ABAQUS和AD INA,建立了軸對稱、1/4對稱和完整的三維有限元模型;進行了橡膠隔振器有限元建模技術(shù)的數(shù)值試驗分析,探討了橡膠材料體積近似不可壓縮特性的數(shù)值確定方法、雜交單元計算穩(wěn)定性的數(shù)值判斷方法、單元類型的選擇(包括位移與壓力節(jié)點的匹配方式及其插值函數(shù)階次、單元積分形式等)、橡膠材料的超彈性不構(gòu)關(guān)系的確定等;闡述了基于有限元方法的橡膠隔振器大變形靜態(tài)彈性特性有限元分析方法。所預(yù)測的橡膠王簧的垂向靜態(tài)彈性特性與實測結(jié)果吻合較好;

【Abstract】 In this paper,the large-deformation rubber mount is investigated based on axi symmetric,quarter-symmetric and three-dimensional finite element models by using finite element analysis software ABAQUS and ADINA。The analysis includes the determination of rubber incompressibility and numerical stabili-ty of hybrid element of rubber,element selections and determination of rubber constitutive law。The simulation of the rubber mount static elastic characteristic agrees well with experimental results;
